Sad

I am feeling sad today. Seems that things around me are not going well. Guess that is life. Maybe tomorrow will bring better things. How does something go from seeming almost perfect one day to almost completely gone the next. I feel that I have lost my dearest friend. I feel very empty inside. Maybe these feelings will pass but for now they are very real.

Tragedy

Friends of ours are going thru a tragedy this Christmas. We received news Christmas Eve that their son has killed his wife and then tried to kill himself. The circumstances at this time are not clear, but she was bi-polar and was believed to be having an attack. However it happened, what a tragedy. The couple have a 2 year old son that now has no mother and his dad will never be the same. My prayers are to my dear friends for peace and strength to help cope with this tragedy.

Missing you

I am missing you this day... Christmas is a time for sharing... Yet you are with your family and I with mine. I long for the day that we can be one. I want to be able to share these special days with you. You are the love of my life and i want to be with you forever. I hope you felt me with you today in some small way. Christmas

Christmas is a time for love and joy. I have both this year. I have a man that loves me unconditionally. We can not be together at Christmas because of our other lives but we will be together in spirit. Someday we may be able to experience Christmas together but till then we have to make everyday Christmas. Giving each other the love and joy each time we are together makes us one.

Lunch

Today was good!!! Had lunch wtih my favorite guy and my friend Kim. Was nice to let him meet my friend. I want to share my whole life with you Michael. You are so special to me. Anyway, thank you for a nice lunch... made my day...

You came into my life when i needed you the most. My life was missing something but i didn't have a clue what. You have shown me how it feels to be loved unconditionally. Love conquers all.... You know that is so true. Last night I let my stupid jealousy make me say some pretty bad things to someone that is very special to me. I felt like my world had turned upside down. But he knows me so well and knew that I needed him to call me today. He always knows when i need him the most. How special is that. I love him with all my heart and soul. The curve in the road last night is now a straight lane. Thank you MDM for showing me that I can trust you. Also want to thank you for loving me like you do.... You are so special to me and I cant picture my life without you..I love you.

Life

Just when you think you have everything you could possibly want... Life throws you a curve.... Why is that i wonder? I guess it keeps us on our toes.. Puts us back into reality... I dont think there is an answer. Just have to take what is handed to us and deal with it the best that we can.

I know you were only gone one day but I miss you so badly. Its funny that you get used to talking every night to someone and then when they are not there you miss them a lot. I think we tend to take things for granted. I dont want to ever take you for granted. We all get caught up in our busy schedules and some things go unnoticed. I keep thinking about you saying you will be gone for four days in February. Wow, I know how much I missed you last night I cant imagine you being gone for four days. Oh well I am sure we will both survive. We have to dont we. Anyways I wanted you to know i miss you. Hugs...

Life

Life is something we all take for granted. Well tonite our family lost a dear friend. She was only 21 yrs old. Very intelligent lady pursuing a education to become a doctor. It's hard to understand just why God takes children at such an early age when there are so many bad people out there. I suppose he needed her in heaven. I guess it can be a lesson to all not to take things for granted but live life to its fullest and be sure you let those around you know you love them daily. Make a difference in someone's life. Pass a smile on each day. Tell someone they are special. Little things mean so much.

A Father's Love

A dear friend of mine wrote a very touching note to his son and put it in his blog. It touched my soul to see how much love he has for his son. Not that I ever doubted it, but some men find it hard to say the words. Our children sometimes mess up and do some really stupid things, but we love them anyway. I believe that sometimes they mess up because we dont tell them we are porud of them enough, especially dads. I think men just take it for granted that our kids know they love them. I am glad to see that some men are not afraid to show their love to their children.

I was listening to Kenny Chesney tonight and heard the song dreams. The chorus says:

I think we all want those kind of things in our lives. Someone there to be with us through the good times and the bad. How lucky are we when we finally do find friends like that. I am thankful I have special friends to share my dreams with. Thank you for loving me.
